  • Claims will be validated by Clutch Industries.

• Valid claims will be processed within 90 days of validation.

• Gift Cards are subject to their own terms of use and expiry date.

• Clutch Industries is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Gift Cards.

• All claims must be received by 31^st March 2026. Late, incomplete, or illegible claims will not be accepted.

• Proof of purchase must clearly show the store name, purchase date, and qualifying products.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or provides false information.
