Background: It has been brought to our attention that after a new clutch kit has been fitted that contains bearing part number BRG 2204 or BRG 2110, a rattle from the bearing and clutch fork area is apparent.
Procedure: Check clutch fork rubber absorber bushes as per the diagram and in the event that these bushes are worn, they must be replaced.
CAUSE
The design of the fork and the window of the bell housing where the fork protrudes cause the fork to drop and rattle against the window of the bellhousing when the fork absorber rubbers are worn.
Replacement absorber rubbers genuine part number 3994273 two of (2) are required.
